He is a genius and his music is timeless. I can seriously picture myself listening to all his albums when I'm like 60. I've had periods of time when I had a "favorite artist" but nah this is different. I'm one with the music. Keep up the good work breh.

Chaz Bundick started making bedroom recordings under the name Toro y Moi in his native Columbia, South Carolina in 2001. Drawing from a wide-ranging array of influences (Animal Collective, Daft Punk, and J Dilla among them), Bundick had a couple albums' worth of material ready for release eight years later.
