Biography
A talented actress and singer, Sabrina Carpenter was born in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania on May 11, 1999. Carpenter began her acting career in 2010 with a guest role on the NBC drama Law & Order: SVU. Two years later she was cast as the best friend of Rowan Blanchard on the Disney Channel's coming of age sitcom Girl Meets World, the sequel to the network's immensely popular Boy Meets World. Around that same time she also began nabbing some film roles, including an appearance in the dark fantasy thriller Horns with Daniel Radcliffe. In 2014 Carpenter inked a deal with Hollywood Records and issued the single "Can't Blame a Girl for Trying" that March, which was followed by her debut EP of the same name a month later. .
