Great EP (5 stars)
Both A and B sides are very good. Some may be put off by the dubstep elements in Sweet Refrain, but I think they work well. Much like Spending All My Time, the A-side is something new, with the B-side in the typical Perfume styling.

Wasn’t expecting this! (5 stars)
With 1mm just out followed quickly by Level 3, I did not see this album coming. Both Sweet Refrain and Koi Wa Zenkeishisei are great songs that can stand on their own as singles. Don’t forget to listen to the instrumentals either! Highly recommended.

All I have to say is….WOW! These songs are bombastically, awesomeness skyrocketing into sheer amazing superbness….and that's the truth ladies and gentlemen.

Japanese all-girl idol pop trio Perfume's roots go back to 2001 when Kashiyuka (Kashino Yuka), Nocchi (Omoto Ayano), and A~chan (Nishiwaki Ayaka) were brought together in their hometown of Hiroshima. The trio members were only 11 and 12 years old at the time, and their activity was at first limited to their local area; however, their unusual route to pop stardom really began in 2003 when they were introduced to producer Nakata Yasutaka, until then best known as the creative force behind Shibuya-kei-style...
