Sounds from Nowheresville – The Ting TingsView More By The Ting Tings. Customer Reviews...... (1 star)ugh. I Thought They Would Out Do Sleigh Bells... (2 stars) The Ting Tings really let me down in this album. This album has no theme what so ever, none of the songs really have much of a meaning. I felt that this album was just thrown together. None of the songs correspond to each other. It's like each song should be on a different album. Their sound is all over the place. "Day to Day" was a poor attempt at a Mandy Moore 90's pop song, "Guggenheim"... what the was that? The album Love (5 stars) A somewhat complex pop record. You can hear the four year hiatus in every note of this record. The range of songs is well crafted. "In Your Life" is a melancholy gemstone with lush strings and haunting vocals where "Hang It Up" is a cacophony of bolstering pop sunshine with a storm approaching. A perfect follow up record for Ting Ting fans. Nice job.
