Pricele$$ – BirdmanView More By Birdman Our ReviewWhile his protégé/pseudo-son Lil Wayne has ascended from #3 Hot Boy to chart-topping mega-star, Birdman (a.k.a. Baby) has pretty much maintained his place as a money-obsessed baller extraordinaire who puts out new music every few years regardless of whether anybody is really checking for it. He's always relied more on charisma, hooks, and catchy beats than lyrical acumen, and on Pricele$$, his fourth solo album, the millionaire-rap schtick is starting to wear a little thin. But though clearly the abundance of ringtone-ready production, generic guests, and Auto Tune is not exactly groundbreaking, there are some standouts in the mix, such as "Mo Milly," "Nightclub," and the Weezy feature "Always Strapped." If you're a fan of Maybach raps and Southern synth beats, the Birdman has exactly what you need.. Customer ReviewsBIG_STEVE7 PRICELE$$ (5 stars)Birdman goes hard on this album. Songs like "I Want It All" "Money to Blow" and "4 My Town" are bangers. The song "I Want It All" has the same type of upbeat flow Birdman used in "Written On Her" with Jay Sean. This album is HOT! Pricele$$ (5 stars) I only gave it 5 stars because Drake and Lil Wayne are on the songs. Birdman would be nothing without Drizzy and Weezy. descent but all its about is money (3 stars) rap needs to be deeper than money girls and all that stuff i mean everything said in this album has been said by every rapper a million times. it aint original BiographyBorn: February 15, 1969 in New Orleans, LAGenre: Hip Hop/Rap Years Active: '90s, '00s, '10s When he's doing business, Cash Money Records CEO Bryan Williams uses his real name, but when he grabs the mike to spit Dirty South raps, Williams goes by the names Birdman or Baby.
