(3 stars) This album was recorded in November of 2013. I actually had the opportunity to see these guys 5 months earlier in Atlanta (1st row at The Fox). The show was amazing if you are wondering. This is a side note but for the entire show Jeff Cook kept giving myself and the wife odd looks every time we held hands, I put my arm around her or sang along....that was kind of awkward and stands out from this show. My question about this album Loss of Respect (4 stars) Alabama is one of my favorite country groups of all time. That said, I lost all respect for the 3 members of “Original” Alabama over their disrespect of Mark Herndon. I obviously don’t know the details of their split, but for Randy to completely omit ANY mention of Herndon in his book, partially about his faith and Christianity, is totally self-serving and mean-spirited.
